FOOTHILLS RV RATES & RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS

* One full night’s total is required as a deposit to hold ALL CABINS OR CAMPSITES.

* We accept Visa and Master Card by phone.

* Holidays, special events and the month of October (peak season for the Autumn colors and a major tourism month) have a minimum nights stay.
* During peak seasons, extended lengths of stays may require payment in full.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

* For 2 cabins, we require 21 days notice of cancellation. For 3 or more cabins, we require 30 days notice of cancellation.

* If we are notified of your cancellation more than 14 days in advance of your stay, you will receive an 80% refund on your deposit. A cancellation on a cabin reservation of less than 14 days will result in the loss of entire deposit. If we are notified 7 days in  advance of a cancellation for campsites, you will receive an 80% refund. During the month of October and special events, we require a cancellation notice to be 14 days in advance for an 80% refund.

* No cancellations may be made via the internet. We require a telephone call for ALL cancellations & changes.

* No reservations are taken between November and March. We are closed for the season during this time and reopen on April 1st of each year.

* No smoking is allowed in the cabins. Please smoke on the porch of your vacation cabin rental.
