Are You Open Year-round?

We are not, we close operations soon after the New Year when the holiday tourism of Pigeon Forge Winterfest slows down and re-open operations around the start of March when the main tourism can be expected to return. We are a true family business and we use the down time between New Years and March to prepare for the next operating season by doing repairs, updates, groundskeeping and other work to meet our visitors’ needs and expectations for their coming Smoky Mountain vacations. You can contact us at our office to get expected dates for when we begin and shutdown RV campground and cabin operations for the year.
