Are you looking for the perfect location for your RV? Look no further as we are minutes from all attractions in and out of the National Park.
Location is key, but having everything you need and more makes for an easy, relaxing vacation. We hope you have the most enjoyable getaway with the amenities we have to offer.
Our RV Park features the following amenities:
• All paved roads and campsites.
• 30 and 50 amp hookups.
• Cable TV.
• Water and sewer hookups.
• Concrete patios with picnic tables.
• Fire rings.
• Air conditioned and heated restrooms.
• On-site laundry facilities.
• Heated swimming pool.
• Free WIFI.
• Site accommodations for 32′ Trailers and 36′ Motorhomes.
• Fun Time Trolley access.
• Enjoy free coffee at office.
For your convenience, ice and firewood are available in the office.
RV Park Regulations
1. Register before setting up.
2. Do not change sites without checking with office.
3. Register by 11:00AM if you are planning to stay over.
4. Air tight sewer connection is required.
5. Do not drain gray water on ground.
6. Put all trash in a proper on-site receptacle.
7. Do not wash campers or vehicles on our premises. This creates environmental hazards for those around us.
8. Do not leave pets unattended. This is a violation
of the Pigeon Forge leash law.
9. Visitors MUST register before entering park.
10. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
11. FIRES ARE TO BE BUILT IN FIRE RINGS ONLY.
12. Sites only guaranteed on days paid for.
13. VISITORS MUST PAY TO USE ALL FACILITIES.
14. Only 1 vehicle is allowed per site. All other vehicles must park at office.
15. No clotheslines or rugs on the grass.
16. Vehicles found on premises without a parking pass
will be towed at owner’s expense.
17. There is an extra charge for 50 amp service.
18. Checkout time is 11:00 AM.
19. No pull-thru sites available.
20. Our RV Park has accommodations for up to
32′ trailers and 36′ motorhomes only.
21. No tents allowed.
Foothills RV Rates & Regulation Requirements
• One full night’s total is required as a deposit to hold ALL CABINS OR CAMPSITES.
• We accept Visa and Master Card by phone.
• Holidays, special events and the month of October (peak season for the Autumn colors and a major tourism month) have a minimum nights stay.
• During peak seasons, extended lengths of stays may require payment in full.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• For 2 cabins, we require 21 days notice of cancellation. For 3 or more cabins, we require 30 days notice of cancellation.
• If we are notified of your cancellation more than 14 days in advance of your stay, you will receive an 80% refund on your deposit.
A cancellation on a cabin reservation of less than 14 days will result in the loss of entire deposit. If we are notified
7 days in advance of a cancellation for campsites, you will receive an 80% refund. During the month of October and special events,
we require a cancellation notice to be 14 days in advance for an 80% refund.
• No cancellations may be made via the internet. We require a telephone call for ALL cancellations & changes.
• No reservations are taken between November and March. We are closed for the season during this time and reopen on April 1st of each year.
• No smoking is allowed in the cabins. Please smoke on the porch of your vacation cabin rental.
