Will I Run Into Traffic Near Foothills RV & Campground Or Are There Any Alternative Routes?
March 16, 2025Where Is Foothills RV & Campground Located?
March 16, 2025The short answer to this question is:
Typical RV site fluctuates between $54 and $70 per night. Our typical furnished cabin varies from $85 to $135 with obvious exceptions being Holidays or special events in Pigeon Forge.
The long answer to this question is:
We feel a “less is more” approach is best for our RV and campground facilities, particularly as our area can see significant swings in tourism trends and economy from events local and abroad. There are many luxury vacation providers in our area that grow amenities exponentially to attract customers, and we applaud them for it, but the downside to that is that each lazy river or 90” HDTV or onsite restaurant they add means they need to charge more to every customer, even those who do not need or use those amenities. As our customer base tends to find the foundation amenities of an RV campground much more important than the bigger luxury items, we focus on an efficiency-based model of less amenities and a more affordable, reliable experience for all. These savings are passed on to our visitors and we are often a less pricey option for RV campers coming to the Smokies or passing through the area and needing an affordable place to stay until morning. That said, we do our part to offer perks like a swimming pool, cable TV and more.
We charge (as stated above) between $54 to $70 a night for RVs and $85-$135 a night for cabins with exceptions being holidays and some high-traffic events in Pigeon Forge. A majority of other providers in our area may charge anywhere from 30% more than that to 200%; whether they offer more amenities or not.
